Slick. To say the least... my front walkway was pure Ice this morning, as if the magical Zamboni had paid me a visit. I guess heavy rains followed by freezing temps will do that. Anyway, I've got about 27lbs of government supplied sand scattered on the walkway and driveway now (probably bought at a premium from Halliburton during the previous administration). I'm hoping that every day, a little of that sand will make it into the house...

Luna's fuzzy nose... this is a happy dog, asleep in a sun beam, in front of the radiator after being out and playing in the snow.

I have an exercise facility where I work... it's called having patients on floors 2-6, and having to see them multiple times in varying order throughout my day. Sadly, some days that's the only exercise I get...

This super sniffer is used to find Jean's slippers, no matter where they are hidden. Shot with my Canon PowerShot A700, F2.8, 1 second exposure, no tripod, macro setting in portrait mode, no flash. Booya!
